I found the best thing I could do was stay very active and start introducing exercise. Time on an elliptical machine or ever walking, helped my body absorb fluids and get back to normal function. I had one pocket of fluid for 3 weeks, and then before I knew it, it was gone.

Wear a snug flat sports bra to prevent seroma. That's what they had me do. Worked

Did you not have drain tubes inserted to your chest during surgery? I had three and I couldn't believe the amount of fluids I dumped daily. If not "wow", I had two removed a week after surgery and the last removed another week after that, I had a small swelling of fluid for three days and then it was gone.

I had the same problem! It was so frustrating. I never found a way to reduce the build up. I assume you have drains? Keeping still helps but for me it was time. A long time! Hang in there. It'll all be over before you know it! Hugs.
