YES, feels like your chest is being crushed. I had reconstruction about a year ago, wish I never had it. My Dr told me I can have more surgery to remove the implants. I'll try living with the pain.

5 years worth of iron bra. Mine started with my last expander fill and got much worse after. Get into a pain Dr they can help. Today I feel like I want my implants out but I know the pain won't go away:(

Erin1982 I had expanders I had 5 surgeries last year had both breast remover the expanders put in two weeks later dr pocked a hole in one had to have it replaced and then 3 weeks later had a tear had to have it repaired two time hole size bigger than a golf ball it then got infection he dr said he had to take out and replace it to clear up the infection so I just had both taken out and said I am done now it feels as if I had a metal bar on 24/7 chest walls are bones covered with skin still healing and they was removed a year this coming September cant turn cant use one arm to high they called it frozen up they told me today I was told wrong by the doctor I was going to and just changed to new one who told me Dcis was not cancer it was a per- cancer and I hard both removed when they wasn't needed wow now I find out
so I feel as if I have a metal armor on my chest wall no flesh just skin over bones

How far out are you from reconstruction? I'm guessing you have expanders? I had the iron bra feeling for about 2 months after expander placement...just had my exchange last week and happy to report the iron bra is not back!

@KemCochron would you be talking about something called the Iron Bra? As if your wearing a wire bra 10 times to small . If so then YES and it sucks! Do you have expanders? And if so I'm guessing this means you plan on having reconstruction.
