Can CEA tumor marker fluctuate within normal limits?

I had my regular ( every 3 mo) appt with my MO. The lab result for CEA tumor marker is 1.6 vs 1.3 3 months ago. It is still within normal limits (0-5) . Should I be worried that it is more then 3 mo ago? Has someone had similar fluctuations?Thanks
