Yes same situation chest port infection. Mine was removed during a 5 day stay in the hospital. Was given Levaquin antibiotics which gave me the worst joint pain and muscle spasms until my surgeon told me to stop taking it. I now have a PICC line in my upper right arm for the chemo treatments.

I had an infection in my chest port. Had it removed and a new one put on the inside of my upper left arm.
