Thanks everyone you are all helpful. I at a point that I just do not want to do this any more. Thank God it is the week end. can't afford to miss more work. My job is a good job and they work with me. No work means no money coming in. Good thing is that today I feel better then yesterday.

Generally, the effects are cumulative. Sometimes the docs get better with symptom management. I was hospitalized 4 of 6. Had 12 units if blood. 2 episodes if neutropenic sepsis. I had Neulasta every treatment and still has to have between 5-7 neupogen shots. God awful experience. If I have a recurrence, I will not have chemo again....almost killed me.

My first treatment did put me in the hospital to and almost didn't made it. Sorry it does not get any better. By the time my last chemo treatment came around I cried and refused to go, but my husband forced me to go.Carol57 is right awful experience and the side effects seem to last for ever. My last treatment 1-3-2013 seem to have pain somewhere all the time. And those crazy emotions, I Wished that I finely would be able to keep them under control, but I can't.

I don't know about others, but mine has gotten worse with each treatment. I'm a week out of my 3rd AC chemo, and this one has knocked me out. I have my 4th and final AC on Thursday. I am not looking forward to it. But, at least then the AC will be over. Then I start Kadcyla and Perjeta for a year.

Yes and no...it changes some as you go, But so does your diligence to be a good patient and help yourself as much as you can by pushing crazy amounts of liquids, taking the given meds and downing the miralax and stool softeners. Protein combats Naseau so eating protein often say every few hours keep it at bay before it can begin! Good luck. As for some chemo the complications are cumulative and do get worse as you go like if you do a/c it is a whirlwind of a new type of hell every round.at least that's what I found!
