I have them and am happy with them. I expanded to around 340cc and got the smallest size of the gummy implant. It was a little bit of a stretch (felt like an expansion) to get them in because I stopped my expansion early, but worked out well in the end. End result is between a B and a C cup. Really like the idea that they can withstand trauma without leaking. No rippling, which you can have with saline and the liquid silicone implants. Ask your plastic surgeon if you can see and feel the different kinds of implants (they usually have samples lying around); I thought it was helpful to feel them in making a decision.

Gummy bear implants are silicone but it they were cut they would stay cohesive and not leak. The texture is that of gummy bears thus the nick name.

I have them! Very pleased! They look really natural and I get tons of compliments (which is a little weird at times - hey, your boobs look great……um thanks! They get more attention now then before when they were real! And I went down a cup size, a d to a c!). I also had alloderm which is supposed to be a great help with implants in general, so ask your ps about it.
