Could be the Tamox. I got cramps while I was on it. Took it for 3 1/2 years. But with the travel and all the sitting, it might be a good idea to see your doc and be checked for blood clots. Tamox. is horrible for blood clots.

Yes! And foot cramps and contortions and muscle spasms so severe I went off it with my doctors ok. I was only on it 5-6 months.

I had calf pain but my PCP thought it was from the Statin medication I was taking. Has your potassium level been check. A love potassium level will cause leg pain.

I was only taking tamoxifen for a month while waiting for thyroid surgery to be complete so I could have mastectomy. Leg cramps was the only sid effect I got from taking tamoxifen. Not really severe but very incomfortable
