My MO warned me that night time leg cramps were a possibility. They happened one night after having wine with dinner. He told me to drink tonic water to relieve/prevent them. Supposedly the quinine in it helps.

Yes and they were debilitating. My feet would contort. I quit Tamoxifen as it turned out to only benefit me 1%. It doesn't benefit everybody in the same way.

My Oncologist put me on Gabapentin and it worked like a charm.

I had leg cramps while on Tamoxifen; however, my provider thought it was the Simvastatin I was on for high cholesterol. She switched my Statin medication and ordered compression stocking for me.
