I waited for all my treatment was done so it was about 13 months. Than I had the works. But didn't get my nipples for about 3 months after the big one. Tattoos were done about six months after everything was healed up. I hope this helps

I had mine same time as masectomy. I have also had two revsions after that.I opted not to get tatto.

My diep was immediate.
