I had a full head of hair about 2 months after, stopped wearing a head scarf maybe 4 weeks after finishing my last infusion. Some eyebrows actually fell out AFTER last chemo but both eyelashes and eyebrows regrew in about the same amount of time(2 months). Latisse really helped with the lashes.

I have short bangs too. My hairdresser friend said that bangs take the longest to grow. I am 6 months done with chemo & finally growing more hair. I recently had it colored & highlighted. I can honestly say, I don't mind it now. I wouldn't have picked my hairstyle but it's ok. I say color it.

I just finished 4 rounds of TC every three weeks yesterday. Even though I am bald, I still have some white/ grey hairs that never fell out - but because they are light, I look bald. I too am wondering when my "normal" i.e. coloured hair will grow back. I really hope my hair comes back in 2 months, as it did for llisa, so I don't have to wear my wig when I return to work.

I started to grow hair slowly 3 months real short but didn't ditch the wig until 4 months out. My eyelashes 2 months- eyebrows didn't fall out until after treatment was done. Still coming in 5 months out. I am now having growing my hair faster. I take Biotin and shampoo with Nioxin which helps. It came back dark & gray. I did have it dyed when I stopped wearing the wig. Now much softer & curlier. It will be grow just hang in there.

Hi! Congrats on finishing chemo! I finished 20 weeks of chemo on 11/20 and less than 2 months later, I have eye brows and lashes!!! Especially excited to have my lashes back, but they're still not very long. My hair came back like you described, but has filled in over my bald head now, although it's still very short. I will probably keep my wig for a few more months. Good luck to you!
