today was my first time at chemo my skin is normaly pretty red and DRY, now it is much, much worse, i am a natural blonde at birth, (grey, now). as close to natural as possible, for obvious reasons..any ideas-or-do's- or don'ts???

A great all natural option is coconut oil. It looks solid in the jar (and it is) but it melts at a very low heat (lower than your body temp). So when you put some in your hand, it melts while you watch :)

It's light, it's all natural, it's a great moisturizer AND it's naturally antimacrobial so it doesn't cause acne or clog pores.

I'd use it every night before bed and had the softest skin ever.

also the Body Shoppe makes a day cream for faces that works all over. It's an aloe moisturizer, comes in a 3" by 1" container, for sensitive faces, with little aroma. Hope that helps!

Oh, hmmm, pure shea butter doesn't really have a smell. Watch out and make sure that it is "pure" with no other added ingredients or fragrances. I've never really found that anywhere except Whole Foods. They have so many things at Whole Foods you could try! I like avocado oil too!
