Is there a specific kind of deodorant to wear? Or can you just use any kind? I have been told differing things and I would just like some input on the subject....
I have been using the natural deodorant from Lush. It comes in a block and it works well.
What recommendations does anyone have re: safe n effective deodorant ? The girls who sold me my prothesis bras told me not to use any cause it can clog the nodes. I use a body powder call Lady Anti Monkey Butt with calamine ! I don't what else to use.

deodorants were not very useful. However, now that I am through everything, I find that I am using less deodorant. Has anyone else had this experience? I had axillary lymph node on the right side and only sentinal lymph node dissection on the left. I am wondering if the lymph node removal makes a difference.
My radiation doc reccomends Tom's natural underarm deodorant. Available at CVS, Walgreens, etc.

I have developed a rash on both my lumpectomy scars and lymph node dissection scars. Has anyone had the same? It has been a couple of weeks and is not going away. My lumpectomy was in 2019.

I had a mastectomy 4 mo. ago & lymph node dissection (only 2) Recently I have had HORRID axillary body odor, just from that side. No chemo or radiation done. Even after a shower, it's still there. It's even repulsive to me. I really want to stay employed. Has this happened to anyone else?
I haven't notice that maybe because my sinuses are always block but humm I might have to ask. I used dove under arm spray
I am going for my first radiation treatment tomorrow - I have no idea what to expect. I've been measured with the markings so far and placed in the machine...Do I wear deodorant? I know, no creams.

Does anyone know whether antiperspirants have been connected to breast cancer. I read it somewhere and wonder if anyone else has heard that. I've always worn it. I live in Texas after all. Interested to hear if anyone knows about this.
