BTW- I am a huge fan of anything in moderation! I had a great time in PA yesterday, and had some of my PA Dutch favorites while in the Lancaster area. It probably was more sugar in a day than I normally have in a month! But, it brought back some great memories! Not stepping on the scale for a week (or two) lol! Hugs!
Remember too, it is more than eliminating foods from your diet, but also making sure you are incorporating good things in your diet. I used the charts in the book, Breasts: The Owners' Manual, by Dr. Kristi Funk. I am now 6 years out of treatment (IDC, HER2+ Stage 2) and so far, so good. The PCP is thrilled with the latest bloodwork- everything (including weight) is actually in a better place at age 70, than it was at 62- pre diagnosis!
Check and see if your library has a copy! It's an easy read! Hugs!
