Reservatrol has been taken off the table for use by Breast Cancer survivors.

Hello DorisOradesky. There are several natural compounds and plant extracts acts as mild Aromatase inhibitors. Grape seed extract, cruciferous vegetables such as kale, broccoli and cauliflower. Chrysin which is found in honey and resveratrol found in red grapes. Curcumin found in turmeric and green tea extract. Also zinc and vitamin D. Many of these show estrogen or aromatase blocking in test tube or animal models. There's no robust clinical trials proving they safely and effectively lower estrogen in humans are lacking. ππΉ
