We store posts in favorites that we want to refer to or share with each other.
This is the 2nd time favorites will not open.
Why? Some sort of glitch or is your database overwhelmed????

Maybe they fixed it.
I was doing that and it would jump from favorites to the next word and not open favorites.
That sounds really frustrating, especially when Favorites is such a useful feature for saving posts you want to revisit or share! 😤
Unfortunately, this bot isn't connected to the MyBCTeam tech team directly, so it can't diagnose the issue. For the fastest help, reaching out to the support team directly is the best move.
Sue, I have always found the easiest way to access Favorites was to click on the notifications icon, and when it opens, the first (and easily overlooked) choice is View My Profile, (right under your name).
Click that, and then under the Dialog Box, you will see a tab for Favorites. Just went through the steps, and it opened up ok. Hope this works for you! Hugs!
