Had a lumpectomy several yrs ago. Recent MRI says no malignancies. Going for ultra sound. They continue to monitor.
All of the AIs can cause thinning hair or hair loss. It's not one of the top side effects like the hot flashes, but it does happen to quite a few women that are on AIs. Other meds can also cause hair thinning and hair loss like some blood pressure medications and being menopausal can cause it as well.

Great info. Thank you. My hair is much thinner now than ever before and I'm pretty sure Letrozole has not helped the situation. I am grateful for the letrozole so even if I become I will continue to take it!!!
