Could be the meds, make a list of everything you take and the schedule you take it on. It could be the timing, or even a combination of drugs that perhaps are better suited being spaced apart. Hope whatever is the cause, there is an easy fix! Hugs!
Thanks, I'm seeing a cardiologist Thursday. I'm thinking I'm taking too many meds at once. I am lightheaded in the afternoon after taking meds late morning. By evening I'm fine. We'll see.

Be sure to tell your Dr. also if you already had arrhythmias and Exemestane increased your arrhythmias and sense of exhaustion
