Rose gave you some excellent advice. Just make sure the shower head is on a low sprinkle and the water is warm

It does feel great to finally get clean, but be careful in the shower. It can be hard to raise your arms up to wash and rinse your hair. I found that some of the settings on my shower head were too intense and hurt my chest. I also had problems using shampoo, conditioner, and soap bottles that had a pump on them because the pumping motion hurt my chest. Squeeze bottles were way easier for me to use along with a bar of soap. At first taking a shower can use more energy than you realize while you're recovering from surgery. I find it helpful to use a stool or one of those plastic yard chairs so I can sit while I shower and rinse with the shower wand. It's also a good idea to make sure you aren't home alone if possible for your first few showers just in case you need help or you get weak or dizzy. Enjoy your shower!!!

As long as you use warm water and no harsh soap you should be fine! You will feel so comfortable! Enjoy it!!! 😻
