Deborah- to the right of the Search bar should be your profile pic. This may have a number on it- the number shows the number of Notifications regarding posts.
Click the profile pic- it will offer you two choices- the first (and sometimes easily overlooked) is View My Profile. That's the one you want. It will take you to your profile,
Under the prompt = How Are You Today? You will see other options:
Timeline- has the posts you orginated- most recent first
Messages- has the posts you commented on, liked, or sent a hug,
Groups- lists the Groups you joined
Team- shows who you added to your team, as well as who added you
Favorites- keeps track of the Resources articles, or posts you bookmarked as a favorite
Diagnosis- allows you to view/update your diagnosis details.

Where can I find all my posts and updates?
To view all your posts and updates, you'll need to access your profile menu. Here's how:
1. Click on the menu icon in the upper right corner of the site
2. Under "My Profile," select "My Updates"
This will show you all the recent updates and posts you've made on the site. Your Show Full Answer
