Unfortunately it just takes time for your body to recover from your last treatment. Be careful around others because your immune system can isn’t at its best, and you can pick up someone’s cold, flu, etc. Your counts should be better soon!

I add the matcha tea powder to my food, don't really care for the taste of green tea, so I add it to my oatmeal with a bunch of other beneficial things- I call it my "magic mush" because it made such a difference in bringing down my cholesterol levels. I wandered away from it during the last year (retired so had time to be more adventurous in the morning) and my weight and cholesterol numbers creeped into the wrong levels- so back to my magic mush!

I use the Pomegranate power in my drink at dinner, I haven't been doing it too long, so it will be interesting when I get my next set of labs down to see if the little changes to my routine affects any numbers. I do know I feel pretty good! Hugs!

I add some organic beet root powder to my coffee, which helps mask the taste since I don't care for beets- lol!

Ask if you are a candidate for a white blood cell booster. I went through chemo during the height of a bad cold and flu season- and was given an injection the day after chemo to promote the making of new white blood cells. The drug was called Neulasta. It can be given as a shot, or as an infusion. Since my chemo was on Fridays, mine was done through an wearable auto-inject mechanism (Onpro).
In the meantime- limit exposure risks! Hugs!
