The chart she includes about the foods to eat, how much, how often and why they help- is a great place for changing up things, adding things, substituting for healthier choices! I am sorry! Hoping your PET gives you good news.
I am assuming you were on Capcitabine, and that is what you could not tolerate.
Worst case scenario, your PET shows progression, it is biopsied as cancer. I would ask them to order a Foundation One test. The tumor sample gets sent to be tested on a molecular level, and treatment recommendations are given. Unfortunately, chemo is the only thing that works on TNBC. Trodelvy is often used for metastatic TNBC. Sometimes Enhertu is now being used.
Best case scenario, your PET is negative. That is what I am hoping for! You can look into life style changes to prevent cancer. Dr Kristi Funk wrote a book called ‘Breasts your owners manual”. It has helped me to change my life style. I make her kale/berry smoothie everyday day, drink green tea, no red meat.

I’ve already done the Ketruda. Oncologist told me there is no other oral chemo for TNCancer. This is not treated by hormones.
