I have a wonderful physical therapist who I see every month. She measures my arms from knuckles to shoulders. She told me to call if I felt tingling, general heaviness or any type of swelling. I do my exercises religiously no matter how crappy I feel.

* Tingling or "pins and needles" sensation
* Feelings of warmth, heaviness, or fullness
* Puffiness or swelling
* Decreased flexibility in the affected area
* Smoother skin or harder-to-see veins and wrinkles
* Skin changes like thickening, darkening, or hardening
* Clothes, undergarments, or jewelry fitting differently than before

Pay attention to areas near where you received treatment. A MyBCTeam member shared that their treated breast would swell during the day and worsen on hot days. Another noticed numbness and tingling in their fingertips as the first sign.
