That's great news that your doctor gave you a prescription. Hopefully it starts helping in the next few days. If not, check with your doctor and see if there's something else you can try. When it comes to cancer related pain there's no need to "tough it out."

I have the neuropathy in my hands an feet as well. It was extremely painful until my Doctor put me on Gabapentin. It has been a lifesaver for me. The numbness is horrible but at least not with all the pain. Good luck! I pray you find relief soon...❤️🙏

I have neuropathy in my feet and toes too, but I just have the numbness, no pain, and it effects my balance when I walk. Talk to your doctor about the neuropathy and see if they can give you a prescription to help with the pain. My dad has neuropathy from his diabetes and a stroke and his neuropathy causes him a lot of pain. His doctor put him on Gabapentin which has taken away most of the pain for him. Good luck, hopefully your doctor comes up with a solution for you ❤️

Thank you for the support! It means alot. I finally stopped trying to "tough it out" and actually talked to my oncologist. She has put me on gabapentin. It's only been a few days but still lots of pain and instability. But like I said, it's only been a few days, hopefully it will start helping.
