No specific recommendation, just take an organic brand and no additional sugar or other flavors. Just plain 100% organic hemp powder.

Don’t look at the brand but rather what’s in it! Avoid at all costs whey proteins. Best protein powder is hemp, with second best being peas. Whey comes from milk and that has growth hormones - bad for cancer!

Are Isopure protein shakes safe to take with letrozole?

There isn't specific information available about Isopure protein shakes and letrozole together. However, healthcare providers generally recommend being cautious with supplements during breast cancer treatment.

Research has shown that some patients taking various supplements during treatment unfortunately had worse outcomes. The concern is that we don't always know exactly what's in supplement powders or how they might interact with important medications like letrozole.

It's really important to talk openly with your healthcare provider about any supplements you're taking or thinking about taking, including protein shakes. They can give you personalized guidance based on your specific situation.

Many doctors recommend focusing on getting important nutrients from your diet rather than from powders or supplements. If you need extra protein, they might suggest food-based options that they know are safe with your treatment plan.

You can ask the same question on Google and you will get a better answer than what I can give you since I would have to research it the same way 😉
