Please talk to your doctor asap about your side effects. One of the potential side effects of Tamoxifen is developing endometrial/uterine cancer. Any abnormal bleeding after menopause is a major sypmtom. I am both a breast cancer and an endometrial cancer patient and bleeding was the symptom that led to my diagnosis. Even though you don't mention bleeding, make your doctor aware of what is happening so they can monitor you more closely. It's also important to have regular visits with your OBG doctor while taking Tamoxifen.
One side effect of tamoxifen is uterine hyperplasia in some women. This is when the lining of the uterus becomes thickened and overgrown. This can lead to abnormal vaginally bleeding,pelvic pain and vaginal discharge. Please talk to your doctor regarding this.
Two of my friends have. I am not on tamoxifen but they are. According to them, their doctors and available research , this is a common side effect that many women experience.
