I’m. Sorry I did not answer how the masses were found… I found them and was brushed off as to say they are only cysts.. I said I want it out each time…we know our bodies better than anyone.. go with your gut..❤️🙏

Mine was thyroid cancer at age 21 1997. I don't know what stage it was, but I did radiation twice and went into remission. At age 40 2016, I had a recurrence of stage 3 breast cancer. I underwent chemotherapy, had both breasts removed, and received radiation, after which I went into remission. At age 48 2024, I had another recurrence of breast cancer, stage 4 terminal, but thank God I'm still here and I'm 49 right now.

What a load was dropped on you! I'm so sorry that you don’t have the support of family and friends. We'll fill those roles as best as we can. Xo

DCIS- Caught early Left breast Lumpectomy 2007...then radiation rest of left breast area. 2021-22 right breast biopsy DCIS again. Bilateral Masectomy in 2022. 3 years later I find a smaller size knot on my chest wall. It was taken out 2 weeks ago. It was cancer. My Dr didn't quite get to the margins they need. I have a surgery next week to get those margins. Just overwhelmed! Not many friends..I was hoping someone may be able to deal with this again. I've got to be strong for my only niece who's getting married this coming Saturday. I also need help with my nutrition. I just turned 60 this year and my first cancer I was 43. Mother and Grandmother had same thing...Sorry to go on and on! Enjoy your week!

Mine was first diagnosed as DCIS in Dec 2011, was found on a yearly mammogram. I opted for a lumpectomy with radiation. No chemo was needed. at that time they had me on tomoxifen, I couldn't tolerate it, so was taken off of it. And that was that. Fast forward to 2023, my daughter was then diagnosed with stage 2 IDC Her+ we were all devastated, but we were there every step of the way through her chemo treatments. Then later that year (dec 2023) I started noticing a strange puckering at my original scar sight, went and seen my Dr, had a mammogram and ultrasound, then the biopsy, and my worst fear, it had come back in the original area. IDC stage 2 Her-. I was given choices, I opted for the mastectomy this time, chemo all in 2024. (no radiation) and now I'm on Leterzole. It's been a rough couple of years, but we are strong, we are warriors. Many prayers for all of us.
