While it's great that you have good range of motion, it's important to be cautious with arm movements immediately after surgery. Most patients experience soreness in their chest muscles and arms, and typically have some movement restrictions, especially if you still have drainage tubes in place. Having full range of motion this soon after surgery is not typical.

Please check with your healthcare team to ensure you're not overdoing it, as moving too much too soon could potentially impact your healing process. For optimal recovery, you should:
• Follow your doctor's specific movement restrictions
• Be careful not to lift heavy objects
• Do only the recommended arm exercises as instructed by your healthcare team
• Watch for any signs of complications
• Attend all follow-up appointments to monitor your healing progress
