Yes, the results of use of Aromatase Inhibitors and Tamoxifen is to decrease of STOP all Estrogen in the body which has multiple impacts to the body. Unfortunately, our Medical Oncologists do not tell us these side effects. Your experiencing vaginal dryness, bleeding and atrophy from the lack of estrogen. Intercourse can be very painful when in the past it never bothered you at all. So, what I have found is the following:
1. Estroven Complete- It is a Rhubarb extract which is Estrogen Free which is great for hot flashes and mood swings.
2. Revaree Vaginal Suppositories - Bonafide works great for vaginal dryness! Wonderful
3. Vaginal Estrogen- Yes- Estrogen. Approved by my Medical Oncologist and Sexual Medicine and ObGYN. Very little estrogen is systematically absorbed and Quality of Life is so important. This is awesome.
4. Coconut Oil- Apply to the outside and inside of the area. Healthy for the tissue and great lubricant too.
This is what I know to get you started. All of these make a HUGE DIFFERENCE.
Sams Club has a better price on the Estroven Complete than Walmart.
