Dana, I am the opposite- lol! If I talk about it, I feel like it knows it can't step out of the shadow because I will know it!! Funny, how different we all are, though dealing with the same anxieties, etc.!

It's completely normal to feel worried and overwhelmed after completing intensive cancer treatments. Many breast cancer survivors experience anxiety about test results and their ongoing health journey. Remember that completing chemo, surgery, and radiation is a major accomplishment, and your body is still adjusting to these changes.

The period after treatment can be particularly challenging as you find your "new normal." Consider discussing any concerning test results with your oncology team, as they know your complete medical history and can provide the most appropriate guidance for your situation. While waiting for answers, here are some helpful coping strategies:

• Rest and allow yourself time to recover
• Communicate openly with your healthcare team about any concerns
• Share your feelings with friends and family
• Remember that it's okay to take time to adjust
• Focus on self-care and healing

Your medical team is the best resource for interpreting test results and determining next steps in your care plan.
