This last sickness really had me struggling and wishing I lived in a right to die compassionate care state. I have 2 little girls and don't plan on doing anything just wondering if anyone else struggles at times .
Hi Valerie. Lots of women seek psychological help and are helped immenselynby therapy and medication because depleting the body of estrogen can cause anxiety and depression seperately from the emotional impact of having cancer. And lastly. Are you taking Tamoxifen? That single pill can cause emotional issues. Sending hugs live and kitty kisses. π«ππ½π¦
I 100% understand how you feel. It's not like regular depression or where you actually want to do self-harm. I've been going through it. It's like a combination of sadness, fear, and mourning wrapped in a big blanket of being overwhelmed....constantly. I know this community is public, but private conversations would be so helpful for those of us struggling with "aloneness". I hope you understand what I mean.
Many of us struggled with that during our active treatment. In fact, breast cancer patients often continue to struggle with mental health afterward, too. Donβt be afraid to reach out for help!!
Thank you StaceyDee
Jenncookie yes you explained it perfectly. I don't want to do harm just the overwhelmingness of all this treatment pain appts possible surgery on top of life's other fun stresses life throws at us
