well with my daughter, making sure it was wrapped right, the right lotion, not being in the sun, Her arms are covered with them. I got her her first one as a 16th BD present and because of her age I had to stay there for the 4 hours it took.

Oh no... my daughter has anxiety and many tattoos but they have never affected her ironically. Especially since she gets anxiety about getting vaccinated. Lol!
