I choose to opt out on the medication. But my Oncologist also supported me on this looking at my records and my PERSONAL HEALTH. 🤞🤞🩷🩷🙏🙏 I am happy with my PERSONAL CHOICE

No side effects!! Never started!! My oncologist not so happy!! Perhaps no kickbacks??
Sorry to hear this, you are not alone. I am seeing a GYN and a Sexual Medicine MD. The Aromatase Inhibitor drugs are very harsh. Vaginal dryness, urinary incontinence, vaginal atrophy, hot flashes and so much more!
What I have found that works for me is:
Coconut oil, Revere vaginal inserts, my Medical Oncologist prescribed 4mg Estrogen Vaginal inserts "Imvexxy" which made a HUGE Difference. The Research does support that it is OK related to the extremely minimal surface uptake of estrogen when using the vaginal inserts. The QUALITY OF LIFE that you get from this is AMAZING. Women need this. MEN do NOT understand and RESEARCH supports it.
