Rosemary oil. Try to find a hair product with that in it. Not sure if you can use it full strength. I also found some gummies called WEEM. My husband said they were helping his hair growth too.

Hello, I am finding nothing to help me. I finished chemo Sepetember of 2023 and the crown of my head I can barely grab hair between my fingers and the sides and back I can braid if I wanted to. Nothing is helping and I can't afford the more expensive treatment and Im afraid of minoxidil.

For scalp protection and hair care, be gentle with new growth. Use mild sulfate-free shampoos and avoid heat styling tools. Always condition after shampooing and use a wide-toothed comb for detangling. Let hair air dry instead of using towels or blow dryers. Proper nutrition plays an important role in hair regrowth. Ensure you're getting adequate protein in your diet - most adult women need about 5-6 servings daily. While extra protein won't speed up hair growth, not getting enough can hinder the process.

Before trying any supplements or over-the-counter treatments for hair growth, always consult with your healthcare team first to ensure they're safe with your current treatment plan.
