Like you for the past almost 12 years I have eaten and drank whatever I choose .

I gave up nothing for cancer and never, ever will.

I have eaten at least 2 maybe 3 containers of Kozy Shack chocolate pudding this past week.

The containers are 22 oz gluten free, 1/2 cup equals 140 calories.

I will be in trouble with the weight scale at the next doctor visit.

In addition my son took me out to lunch today at Olive Garden.

He spent 72.00 for lunch and gave her. 16.00 cash tip.

Talk about sticker shock! And it’s not even real Italian food. Microwave heated stuff….

I am going out my way today.

Coffee is fine to continue drinking. No problems there at all. It will not increase your chance of a reaccurance according to everything I've read. I couldn't give it up if I had to so that's a good thing.

Not to sound uncaring but I am not giving up coffee for cancer. I don't even know the answer to this since I never had intentions on giving up and foods for cancer. But I wish you the best if you do. 🥰
