Diagnosed with Stage 2 TNBC the summer of 2021.
There is some evidence that vibration machines can help with bone density. I use a vibration machine for bone density, as well as doing load-bearing exercise. I haven't noticed any change in the neuropathy in my feet or hands after starting on the vibration machine but I guess it could help with blood flow. I also have lymphodema and see a lymphodema physio who uses massage and low-level laser therapy. Exercise helps with lymphodema so a vibration machine might help. But I haven't seen any research into it.
Can vibration boards assist with lymph node flow after surgery? (Decrease likelihood of lymphedema?)
