I was still not healed fully on one side from my mastectomy on apr 1st (had 2 places that had a hard time closing (the surgeon had a hard time with that side). But yesterday I had a biopsy and they went in the same incision, and hope it heals better this time
How long was the healing after the skin was removed. I have to do the same.

I had necrosis happen during the healing process. I think, according to the plastic surgery too, that the breast surgeon made my incision too large.
He had to remove the dying tissue and I started healing again.
It was not painful just prolonged healing.
I have no feeling in the skin over the implant breast to this day.
I had the single mastectomy, and lucked out with none of the above!
