Great idea. Also you can make a mix of castor and almond oil and add a few drops of lavender and rosemary essential oils in it to help stimulate hair growth.
Hi - after my 1st diagnosis in 2019 when I lost my hair, I used lavender and rosemary. Not only do they smell good, both are good for thickening up thinning hair and helping hair grow, they help the scalp too. A good organic shampoo & conditioner will help or you can get lavender / rosemary oil and massage into your scalp. I hope this helps 🙂
I use Burt’s Bees baby shampoo. The milder the better! And don’t wash too often (there’s not much to wash anyways) and don’t overheat it with hot water and especially no hairdryer.
