I take mine at 8:30am with food. I haven’t had any side effects yet. I am a light sleeper so I didn’t want to take it at night if I got hot flashes because I don’t think I’d sleep much. Fingers crossed we both have minimal side effects!!

Probably after the first month with them progressively getting worse over the next several months.

I've been on tamoxifen for a while now I had really bad hot flashes and not sweats but they're not as bad as they used to be I have insomnia really bad though and my memory is gotten worse and my bones has gotten worse. Sometimes it makes me sick to my stomach sometimes not but I take zofran for it it helps a lot with nausea and it don't make you sleepy I wish you the best of luck just don't give up keep going if you stop it'll take you out and I have stage 4 with metastatic breast cancer but it is in remission which my doctor says I'm very unique case cuz I still get out and work everyday in lawn care so I just really have problems with insomnia is my most biggest problem I have right now any suggestions would be grateful thanks
