Too much sugar leads to weight gain, which is usually body fat, body fat promotes inflammation, and inflammation is a risk factor for damaging the DNA of cells, which can lead to cancers.

My husband lost his sense of taste and smell after getting covid. He took zinc and vitamin D and it came back. Same thing happened to me and it worked.

Well, I have been stage 4 officially since July 2023 and all I have taken is Anastrozole. My cancer was found at that time on my sternum and on my hip and I haven't stopped eating sugar. I have ice cream, donuts, puddings a few times a week. I use liquid creamer in my coffee. My breast cancer has yet to progress to anywhere else than where it was in July 2023.
