I am taking anastrozole and verzenio. It will be 2 yrs on verzenio and 5 yrs on anastrozole. Been on it since August and thank fully no.side effects. Feel great. Exercising biking pickle ball swimming and now getting ready to go on our cruise for 11 days. When i come back going to have my permanent gummies put in on December 16th. Can't wait.

Morning Kym. I have been on Verzenio since March of 2023. While it has been a very affective drug for me the side effects can be pretty brutal. The good news is that a good doctor will ask you about side effects so keep a log. The doctor can then use your experience to determine if perhaps you need a dose reduction. I really struggled for a while with side effects but as soon as I found a decent doctor she reduced my dose and my side effects have reduced significantly as well. I hope you much success. 🤗

I have been on Verzenio 200 mg twice a day for 4 weeks now. I noticed more "mild" chemo side effects such as fatigue & nausea. However, the diarrhea is REAL!! I have to take an anti-diarrheal with every pill. My dr cut the dose last week to 150mg twice a day & that seems to be much more manageable. I also take Letrozol & haven't had any side effects from it.
