I wondered about that low dose of Vit D she recommended. I was so low at one point I was on 50,000 IU weekly for almost a year. Now I do 5000IU maintenance. It is amazing because my face had aged in just three months of the Anastrozole. Can't wait to see what I look like in five years! I told the head nurse in Radiation that the next time he saw me I will be 2'3", bald, with a beard and I will be so pretty 😜

I am just going to be honest and say , I am not sure of the Term " Radiation Fibrosis" but I had a Lumpectomy and had build up of something in the side of the chest and got " Cranial Sacral" massage on that area frequently and it hurt at first but after about a month that build up" whatever it was" was gone. I am not shy and asked my masseuse to get around side of my breast etc...and over time the area had no issues. That's my two cents. May not apply but I would find someone comfortable to do that and see if it helps. There are so many names for this problem that problem, this side effect, that side effect. I really have had to Listen to my body and Figure it out for myself by Trial and error. Because I felt lead down to many Rabbit holes. Again my " Two Cents "

You can have breast fibrosis which is scar tissue and hard spots on the breast after radiation and not have lung fibrosis.

I'm thinking that radiation-induced lung fibrosis may have to do with where on the breast there radiating. I know some radiation is done as Partial Breast Irradiation which I think also makes a difference and may reduce the likelyhood of lung fibrosis. Just my two cents worth on that. I have 2 more treatments to go! Yeah!!

I was very and had no issues with radiation. It’s strange how it affects people differently.
