My PCP ran a nutrition panel on me before I started chemo to make sure I was in the best place possible before starting. My biggest help was water! My side effects were always more challenging if I slacked off on the water. I had a water bottle, and made sure I sipped constantly, and was able to refill it every 2 hours. You really do want to swish those drugs around and out! Hugs!
