I am a year out from
Surgery. I still have e pain from my lumpectomy. I am seeing my surgical PA to talk about it this week. I know I have some fluid in the surgical area. I feel like I always have the "zingers" coming and going. It can be painful. I have been told it is the scarring from surgery and also radiation that I had caused nerve damage and can take a long time to subside.

Yes. I have been dealing with the sharp needles pain right were I have mastectomy and this is what I have been doing to have relieved. Sometime you will feel it under your armpit were they have biopsy on the lymph node.
Sometimes it depends on other cancer patients?
