Hello,
The fat-soluble vitamins are A, D, E and K.
They tend to come from animal and dairy products but can also be found in some fruits and vegetables. And they’re important for several functions in your body, including your vision, bone health, immunity and blood clotting.

My hair has been thinning with Anastrozole and then with Letrozole as well when I was switched to it in June of 2022. My hair is VERY thin now... Radiation did not cause hair thinning.

Hair can thin when we are low in Vitamin D as well, lots of people take D, but may not know that it is a fat soluble vitamin, so we have to take it with food that contains fat, or it just doesn't release in a way our bodies can utilize it! Hugs!

I experienced about 10% of hair loss after radiation. I used rosemary oil after radiation treatments and notice growth and thickness.

My dermatologist recommended I use minoxidil and it works! . I haven’t colored my hair since Covid , I am completely silver and I love it. As far as shampoos go i try to use natural herbal ones, but none make your hair “grow “, they are just milder on the scalp and do not have harsh ingredients that would damage the hair more.
