How long are you usually off work recuperating from having expander surgery?

Had bilateral mastectomy in December 2023 and plan on having reconstructive surgery in July. I’m a landscaper.

I am a teacher...i had the surgery on a Friday and went back to work the following Thursday. As a landscaper the physical restrictions may affect you more. I felt fine and had to remind myself not to do lifting etc around the house
