Did anyone do a mastectomy and implant? Did u have the implant put under the muscle? How long till it stops feeling like an alien balloon ?

I have the mastectomy in 2 weeks. The surgeon was way too positive. I just don't believe that I will actually wake up with implants. I am prepared for a different reality. Anyone can give me some tips for after the sugery?

It feels that way until you have the implant. It was not pleasant.
