I have done some research on this and have some answers. I have some notes in my profile.
The Aromatase Inhibitor drugs (AI) totally stop estrogen which causes the dry vaginal tissue and also can cause urinary incontinence and so much more that the Oncologist may fail to share with you.
I had the vaginal dryness, pain and bleeding with sexual intercourse, urinary incontinence, frequent UTI's,. I talked with my Primary Care Dr. and Medical Oncologist about it and was referred to an OG-GYN and then to a Sexual Medicine Specialist Dr. (Yes, this is a real specialist). I had started using Replens Vaginal moisturizer with some relief. However, it contains some irritants as well. The Sexual Medicine Dr. recommended "Revaree" Vaginal inserts which work great! It is amazing. Also, after an exam and review, and the Medical Oncologist and Sexual Medicine Dr consulting they have added Vaginal Estrogen- Imvexy. This has historical significance as old Research was NOT done on Vaginal Estrogen. The "black box" still exists based on old data for use of estrogen post breast cancer. However, the research does support moving forward with vaginal estrogen at the lowest dose to address the physical symptoms. I hope this is understandable. I worked with a PharmD Pharmacist, Sexual Medicine Dr, Medical Oncologist, and OB-GYN.

So.....
1. Also, Coconut oil liberally applied to the outer area vulva, and then general crotch area is helpful too.
2. Revaree- Yes, it is expensive. Order online about $126/3 months.
First 3 months is about $100 with discounts.
