You only neeed to not take the antioxidants during radiation.

Hi Karen, I just finished 16 rounds of radiation in prone position. Decided not to have the 4 boost treatments, as I read addl side effects do occur. Breast has shrunk, nipple darkened and have some peeling. Otherwise no pain associated with radiation. Besides applying Aquaphor, used Silver Miracle gel plus massaged daily with lymphatic massage oil. No clue what long term effects will be.

Terry, check with your doc as mine said one daily multivitamin was okay.

Sharyn nobody told me not to take vitamins during radiation. I better ask because I have been taking vitamins.

That is just during radiation.
