If you have to have breast cancer, DCIS is probably the best. It is 100% treatable with surgery. Invasive is the trouble maker.

If you had a masectomy or double mastectomy no chances of it to becoming bad. I asked my doctor when I saw her last week. He told DCIS is gone for good 100% won't come back again at all

Good morning IleanaDeVries. Hope you are doing ok. Physical therapy from a nurse I talk to about it involves gentle stretching, massage (healing/range of motion), joint movement, teaching good posture, strengthening, nerve gliding ( which stretches nerves). I'm thinking about taking some strength exercises and good posture. Hopes this helps you. Take care.๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฅฐ๐ŸŒผ
