Found a website for the exercises on the trampoline. Several of our sensory seeking kiddos loved the trampoline we had, it did come with a detachable handle for anyone that may be nervous about balance. If you are already getting PT, ask about the rebound trampoline, they can get one set up and work with you to build your confidence.

@A MyBCTeam Member: there's YouTube videos also specifically for lymphatic rebounding ๐
Rebounder trampoline! Bouncing on a trampoline is great for the lymphatic system.
I find that cutting back on salt in my food helps. I tend to retain fluids, am sensitive to msg in foods, makes me swell up really bad. My lymphadema therapist told me not to lift heavy objects with my arm. I try not to lay on it at night while sleeping on that side. I also do self massage my therapist taught me to do. Stay hydrated so you can flush out those toxins. Hydrating is good for so many things. Since you have the sleeve and pump, I'm assuming you've already been to a therapist. You need to let them know it's not working and you need help. Also, be careful that you don't get any cuts, nicks or torn cuticles, hang nails on that hand! I've had cellulitis 2x and it's No picnic! Had to go on antibiotics for 10 days and ran a high fever from the bacterial infection, almost had to go in the hospital. My arm swelling up looking like Popeye arms. I understand your frustration! I haven't had any breast surgery and I still got lymphadema. Good luck my friend. Take care.
I bought a machine one therapist suggested, I forget what it is called but it shakes you. I guess I need to try it again. I stand on it for 15 minutes. I didn't notice any difference but I didn't do it for a year or years like everything else.
